Dear Team,
One of our greatest privileges as an organization is that we are not simply colleagues, we are brothers and sisters in Christ. We are a church and school united by a shared mission: to make disciples. That mission is worked out in different ways but the same goal of faithful participation in the Lord’s mission and is only as strong as the culture we cultivate together, and your voice is essential to that.
This is why I am excited to invite you to participate in our Culture Health Survey, administered through Best Christian Workplaces , a trusted, independent organization that specializes in helping faith-based organizations like ours thrive.

This survey is 100% anonymous. Your responses will be compiled and reported by Best Christian Workplaces, not internally, so you can share honestly and openly without hesitation.
Your participation will help us:
- Gain an honest, clear picture of our culture’s health across both our church and school individually as well as together
- Identify genuine strengths we can lean into and celebrate
- Uncover opportunities for growth so we can continue building a workplace where people flourish
- Develop meaningful, practical plans to make our environment even better
This is not a formality, it is an investment that shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. As we transition in leadership this helps us get a clear picture of where we are and important things to work on moving forward.
