The vision of our Church is to be a body of disciples who bring glory to God in all things according to Scripture – worshiping Him, equipping His people, and bearing witness to the world as we eagerly anticipate the restoration of heaven and earth under one head, Christ the King. However, we recognize we are in a world that seeks to form us to be self-centered, consumeristic, and entertained. With this thought in mind the temptation is to set a very low bar for following Christ. However, we believe that we have been called to a beautiful, vibrant, abundant life and purpose found in the Gospel that our King has brought to us and reorient our lives around this Gospel. An abundant life framed by self-denial and the offering of ourselves in a life of worship to our glorious King as a response to His great news and salvation.

We are seeking to shepherd the people of Central Christian Church into a holistic view of a Gospel Life that is Biblically rooted. A life where the gospel does not simply save but saves, sustains, and affects every sphere of life as His redeeming and restoring work invades. Addressing the head, heart, and hands, our mission is to be a people not only saved from something but to something. To a deeper knowing of Jesus following Him in embodying, enacting, and proclaiming this gospel inside the Church and outside the Church in the dark, hard and broken places of this city, state, country, and world.

Join us each Sunday as we gather as a community of Jesus followers in classes designed to walk together towards this aim.
