CIY Believe
8th Grade Leadership Trip
January 30-31

Tulsa Convention Center in Tulsa, OK

Believe is a high-energy weekend event for junior high students only. It is structured specifically for junior high students and is packed with powerful worship and teaching from God's Word. We will be using this trip to invest in our 8th grade leaders by giving them an opportunity to think about their current impact potential, future high school challenges, and to start connecting with Nick (our high school pastor.)

Meeting Instructions

We will check-in at the C3 Youth Center on Friday, January 30, at 12:30PM. We will leave for Tulsa at 12:45PM! We will return Saturday, January 31 at 6:00PM.

Registration Information

The cost is $65 per student thru 12noon on Dec. 31st. Then the cost will increase to $75 thru 12noon on Jan. 16th. The final cost will be $85 per student registered from Jan. 16th thru 12noon on Jan. 23rd!

Join us Friday, February 6 and Saturday, February 7, for a 2-day gathering that will bring women together from around the world to wrestle with belief that God is real, the places in our lives where we are struggling with unbelief, how can we overcome unbelief and then what God can do with our belief.

CISM (Crisis Response) Training
February 20-21, 2015

Central Christian is hosting another CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) training class! The class will be, “Emotional & Spiritual Care in Disasters” (a course description is below). The class will cover 14 hours of training over a two day period. We have scheduled the class for Friday & Saturday, February 20-21, 2015, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in the Hospitality Suite each day. K-LOVE is sponsoring the course and covering the cost. The class is open to all but we do need everyone wanting to attend to register.

SuperStart! provides a safe environment for students to learn and grow in their relationships with their friends, their leaders, and most importantly with God. Throughout the event, your preteens will encounter Christ through high-energy worship, interactive teaching, and small groups all designed with their needs in mind. When you bring your preteen students to SuperStart! you can be sure that they will leave with not only a great weekend experience, but also the teachings and foundation to further amplify Christ’s call on their lives to become Kingdom Workers.

Cost is $65 per student until 12noon on Friday, January 16! Then the cost will increase to $75.

Meeting Instructions

We will meet at entrance #13 (The Summit) at 3:00PM on Friday, February 20, to check-in and load up the vans. We will leave for Tulsa at 3:30PM! Students and Sponsors will need to pack a sack lunch for dinner; we will eat during the trip down to Tulsa.

We will return to the same location on Saturday, February 21 by 5:30PM.

There will be NO 4th & 5th grade programming on February 21.


Registration closes at 12noon on Friday, January 30. Students must be pre-registered by January 30th to attend.

Pack your bags and head west, ladies! (West Wichita, that is.) This year, we'll be heading out on a "road trip" – a two day get-away guided by that hilarious duo: Roxann Reich and LuAnne Posson!
